What we intend to write about
When we publish, it will be about work we have actually done and decisions we have actually had to make:
- Architecture and trade-offs — why a particular approach was chosen, what it cost, and what we would do differently.
- Product engineering — scoping a first release, deciding what to leave out, and recognising when a requirement is really a proposed solution.
- Operating software — deployment, monitoring, backups and the unglamorous work that determines whether a product stays reliable.
- Applied AI and automation — where these genuinely remove work, where they add risk, and how to tell the difference before committing.
- Mobile and app-store realities — release processes, review requirements and the constraints of shipping to devices you do not control.
